Northeastern Thai Style Grilled Chicken
Ingredients:
· 4-6 chicken thighs bone in skin on.
· 1 tablespoon Thai Grill spice mix.
· ¼ cup of coconut milk, or milk.
· 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.
· 1 tablespoon of black soy sauce or 1 teaspoon of sugar.
· A little bit of salt.
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients for marinating.
2. Marinate for a minimum of 3 hours, preferably overnight. (up to 24 hours)
3. Outside grill or bake 400 °F for 35-40 minutes. Skin side up.
Recipe note:
For Thai style grill pork: Thai grill herb spice mix, soy sauce, black soy sauce or sugar and salt. *Add 1 tsp of sesame oil and sesame seed. (optional)
For Thai style grill beef: Thai grill herb spice mix, salt and soy sauce.
