We are very proud that all our spice blends are freshly ground, measured and packed right here in Michigan in our family production kitchen. We source ingredients from trusted suppliers from the USA and Thailand.
All ingredient lists are available on each individual product page on the website and on the individual package. Spices are naturally gluten-free, and products are often non-GMO and free of artificial preservatives.
Spice should be stored in airtight containers in a cool, dark place, away from heat and light (not above the stove).
Spices don’t “go bad” in the same way as perishable foods but lose flavor over time. Ground spices are best used within 6 months to a year for optimal flavor.
Clumping is normal as we do not use anti-caking agents in our products to ensure better taste and quality. Use a fork or spoon or shaking to break up the clumps.
Meal kits can be used with a protein of your choice (e.g., chicken, pork, beef, lamb, tofu, etc.), offering versatility.

We prioritize organic ingredients when available, though not all components are organic, and our products are not presented as organic.

Our spice blends are sodium-free. However, you may find suggestions to season your cooking with salt or fish sauce on the recipes.

All of our recipes have been carefully designed, blended and measured to guarantee a perfect result. It is best to cook according to our recipe instructions, and you can break it down for 2 servings, 4 servings, or cook the whole package for up to 8 servings.
Due to health and safety regulations, perishable food items are typically not eligible for returns. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact customer support via email within 15 days to address the issue through a refund or replacement.
Orders may be placed through email, Instagram messages, or Facebook. Local pickup will be available once we reach the minimum number of orders in a given area.
Cash, Venmo, Zelle, and credit / debit cards. (a surcharge will be applied to purchases made with credit/debit card).
